Steve has been actively involved for the past 15 years with AUSOM Inc., Australia's largest Macintosh user group, and contributes a regular 4-page article of hints and tips to its monthly magazine. He has lectured to AUSOM members in a wide variety of subjects over an 11-year period. He is also the author of many instructional articles, and is a past regular contributor to Australian Personal Computer magazine.

For the past five years he has worked full time in supporting both small business and home based Apple Mac users, setting up and configuring equipment, and resolving the wide variety of problems that such users encounter.
